Mohawk’s above-ground four-post design lets technicians drive on and get to work without any wheelbase adjustments. The surface-mounted lift installs quickly and eliminates the environmental issues of in-ground systems, while its open, clear-floor layout gives toolboxes, tire dollies, and other shop equipment unobstructed movement beneath and around the vehicle for full undercarriage access.
Extra-Wide Runways & Heavy-Duty Construction
Engineered for the largest municipal and industrial trucks, the TR-110 and TR-120 feature 36-inch-wide runways with a full four-foot clear span between them, giving maximum undercarriage access and a 6′-7″ lifting height when fully raised for comfortable service on the tallest equipment. Adjustable runways accommodate virtually any wheelbase, from heavy snow-plow rigs and articulated loaders to buses and specialty fleet vehicles. Each lift is built from three parallel 12-inch wide-flange I-beams and uses direct-drive cylinders at every post, eliminating cables and top-rail obstructions while minimizing maintenance. Large 3′ x 3′ x 1″ thick column base plates are utilized to distribute the weight of the lift onto the floor. Models are available in multiple runway lengths, including custom configurations for oversized equipment.
Superior Safety & Service Options
Every TR-Series lift is engineered for uncompromising safety. Multi-position mechanical locks engage in all four posts and are backed by redundant hydraulic safeties with pressure-compensated flow control valves and tamper-proof velocity fuses. A single-point lock release, mechanical side-to-side chain synchronization, and an automatic track leveler keep the runways perfectly level even with heavy, uneven loads. Built-in front and rear wheel stops, automatic flip-up chocks ensure smooth, dependable operation. Each carriage rolls on four 5″ double sealed self lubricating ball bearing rollers. Optional rolling “wheels-free” jacks, track lighting, air lines, oil-drain pans, and 110-volt outlets let shops tailor the lift to their workflow.

Heavy Duty Lifting Cylinders
Lifting Columns built of 1″ by 7″ Fork Lift mast section with all carriages riding on 5″ sealed rollers. Inverted heavy duty lifting cylinders in each column; uses no chains or cables to wear or which need replacing.
Computer Controlled PLC
Lift control system operates thru computer controlled PLC to keep all 4 cylinders and the entire lift operating synchronously.
Simple Control System
Control box is positioned where you want it. Simple control system of up, down and park (lock) for assuring all locks are resting on the safeties.
Low Angle Approach Ramps
Heavy duty low angle approach ramps are 36″ wide for easy lift entry and ability to accept a wide variety of vehicle wheel bases. Ramps are designed to fit your fleet & shop needs
Multi-Position Safety Locks
Safety locks are 1 3/4″ thick plate steel which lock into multi-position locking ribs. Each lock is controlled via position sensing reed switches for full lock engagement.
