Called for a 7000 lb lift that I needed in fairly short order. They did not disappoint. They walked me through the measuring process, they had a rep come to make sure I had adequate clearance and what options I could have.

I've researched every single installer on Long Island. I've called a few of them as well. So let me save you the trouble. Ace was the ONLY one that returned phone calls, Dylan spent the time to answer all of my questions and made real recommendations, not on price but on functionality and use. Phil came out for a site survey and made sure everything was 100% before the install and has a great deal of knowledge so his suggestions were extremely helpful. Tim and the install team, showed up on time, setup my 4 post lift in about 3 hours and ensured that it was positioned perfectly in my tight garage space. Their consideration of all of the details such as, making sure I could open all of my toolboxes completely, making sure I had room to store my ramps behind a post and maximizing my space was incredible. After installation they showed me how to operate the lift and bridge jacks, they also took the time to allow me to pull onto the lift a couple of times making sure the car fit and had no issues. There are cheaper companies out there, with cheaper lifts. But if you're like I am, and waited a long time to have a lift for extra storage and being able to work on projects, ACE is who you want to use.
